Lei Rao Receives Best Poster Award at NCOSE 2024

Congratulations to Lei Rao on receiving a Best Poster Award at the 2024 National Conference on Optoelectronic Science and Engineering (NCOSE 2024).

Lei’s poster, “Efficient SWIR PbS QD Photodetector Based on a Hot Spin-Coating Method,” presented work on improving PbS quantum-dot photodetector performance through a hot spin-coating process. The method supports improved film quality and carrier transport, with relevance to short-wave infrared (SWIR) detection.
